By accessing or using HastVeda, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

HastVeda is an AI-powered palm reading application that uses camera input and artificial intelligence to provide palm readings for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. The service includes palm analysis, personalized readings, predictions, couple compatibility readings, and PDF report generation.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

HastVeda is provided strictly for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal exploration purposes. Palm reading is a traditional and spiritual practice. It is not scientifically proven and should not be treated as scientific fact.

HastVeda readings are NOT:

• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Psychological counseling
• A substitute for professional consultation

Do not make important life decisions based solely on HastVeda readings. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use HastVeda for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Misrepresent readings as professional advice to others
• Use the service to harass or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

HastVeda and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by HastVeda and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

HastVeda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that readings will be accurate. AI-generated readings are probabilistic and interpretive in nature.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HastVeda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of HastVeda after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
